The Client

Ellesmere Group is a leading mechanical and electrical engineering services contractor for organisations in Manchester and North West England.

The Challenge

Matt Armstrong had recently taken control of the company and required a strategic marketing plan to support a major re-organisation and re-structure.

The Solution

We undertook a 360-degree review of the business, to include competitors, markets, employees, customers and other stakeholders. This resulted in a clearly defined value proposition and marketing action plan. A re-brand, new website and corporate literature were central to the communications plan. These were designed and developed by our creative partner, Fusion Design, and managed by us. We helped Ellesmere to obtain funding towards this project.

Matt Armstrong commented:
